Wise Widow Coaching provides educational and coaching services designed to help widows navigate the administrative, financial, and emotional challenges following the loss of a spouse. Our Services are for informational and supportive purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

Our coaching and materials are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice. You are encouraged to consult qualified professionals in those fields for issues beyond the scope of coaching. Wise Widow Coaching provides general guidance and resources to help you make informed decisions, but you retain full responsibility for your choices and outcomes.

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that: you are at least 18 years of age; you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and you agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except as required by law (e.g., threat of harm, abuse, or legal obligation). We respect your privacy and will never sell, rent, or disclose your information to third parties without consent.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of enrollment for services unless otherwise arranged. Wise Widow Coaching offers a Peace of Mind Promise — if, after your first session, you feel that our coaching is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that session. After this period or after accessing multiple sessions/materials, no refunds will be issued. For group programs, digital downloads, or courses, all sales are final once access is granted.

6. Scheduling and Rescheduling

We value your time and ours. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, guides, templates, videos, and written content provided through Wise Widow Coaching are protected by copyright. They are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide accurate, reliable guidance, Wise Widow Coaching cannot guarantee specific results. You agree to hold the Company harmless for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from participation in the Services or use of the Site.
