I never expected my own life experiences to become the foundation for helping other widows navigate the practical responsibilities that follow loss.
Over the years, I have walked through widowhood across three generations of my family: supporting my daughter after the loss of her husband, navigating the unexpected loss of my own husband, and helping my mother through her season of widowhood.
Through these experiences, I learned firsthand how overwhelming
the practical side of loss can feel when grief and important responsibilities arrive at the same time.
