1. DEFINITIONS

Controller: the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body, which alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

Services: Coaching, Consulting

Subscriber: the natural or legal person who has subscribed to the Service(s) by agreeing to the Terms.

Terms: the binding contract between the Company and Subscriber that governs the Subscriber’s access and use of the Service(s).

2. DATA COLLECTION

• The Subscriber directly provides the Company with most of the data we collect.. The Company may collect Personal Data from the Subscriber from social media platforms and/or websites.

• Personal Data collected may include: personal information such as name, email, phone number, address, payment info, and demographic details.

• Non-personal data (cookies, IP address) may also be collected.

3. HOW COMPANY USES SUBSCRIBER’S PERSONAL DATA

• The Company processes the Subscriber’s Personal Data to provide coaching, send updates, process payments, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.

• The Company Will generally collect personal data from the Subscriber only where it needs to create a contract with the Subscriber, where the processing is in the Company’s legitimate interest and not overridden by the Subscriber’s Data Protection interest or fundamental rights and freedoms or where the Company has a Subscriber’s consent. In some cases, the Company may also have a legal obligation to collect Personal Data from the Subscriber.

• If the Company processes Personal Data with the Subscriber’s consent, the Subscriber may withdraw their consent at any time.

4. SHARING PERSONAL DATA

• Company does not sell Subscriber’s Personal Data.

• Company may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers or legal authorities when necessary.

• Subscriber acknowledges that Company may share Subscribers Personal Data with its group companies and third-party service providers to offer the Subscriber the Company’s Service(s) and or send information or updates about the services.

• When the Company processes the Subscriber’s order, it may send the Subscriber’s Personal Data and use the resulting information from credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

• Company retains Subscriber’s Personal Data when an ongoing legitimate business requires retention of such Personal Data.

• In the absence of a need to retain Personal Data, Company will either delete or aggregate it. If this is not possible, Company will securely store Subscriber’s Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until it is deleted

Company uses appropriate safeguards, technical and organizational measures to protect Subscriber’s Personal Data which it collects and processes, but cannot guarantee absolute security. These measures are designed to provide a very high level of security appropriate to the risk of processing Subscriber’s Personal Data. If Subscriber has any concerns about the security of Subscriber’s Personal Data, please contact Company immediately.

7. MODIFICATION

• Company keeps this policy under regular review and may update policy and webpage at any time.

• Company may update and/or amend this policy and post a new effective date.

• Subscribers shall be notified only if there are material changes to this policy

8. COOKIES

• Company may use Cookies to enhance Subscriber experience and track behavior.

• Subscriber can disable cookies via Subscriber’s browser.

9. SUBSCRIBER RIGHTS

Subscriber can unsubscribe, correct or delete Subscriber’s data, or withdraw consent.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Company is not responsible for external sites' content or privacy practices.

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Company services are not directed to children under 13.
